As I sit here writing, nearly two years have passed since the day I first opened Mosaic Collective as a brick and mortar. Little did I know then that Mosaic would evolve into what it has become today. It is with immense gratitude that I credit this incredible community of supporters for our growth and the birth of our sister brand - Threaded.
This journey has been a rollercoaster, filled with both triumphs and challenges, and I wouldn't alter a single moment. Through it all, I have gained invaluable knowledge about business, relationships, leadership, and making a meaningful impact. None of this would have been possible without your unwavering support. Moreover, I have been privileged to welcome a talented COO and a dedicated Sales Associate to our team, both of whom have been instrumental in the success of Mosaic and Threaded.
With our small but mighty team and the backing of our passionate community (yes, that means YOU!), we are now ready to embark on the next chapter. These steps we are about to take may be intimidating and daunting, as we transition to two 2,000 sq ft spaces and expand our staff. However, they signify much more than that.
